Kathy Prudden, LCSW will lead these guided writing exercises over 4 weeks.
Session A: Mondays 5:30 - 6:45 PM (Begins July 10th)
Session B: Tuesdays 7:15 - 8:30 AM (Begins July 11th).
$75 for the four week session.

In a safe and supportive environment use various forms of writing, such as creative journaling and poetry to:
*Gain insight and healing.
*Reduce stress.
*Increase self awareness.

Whether you are new to journaling or have been writing for years, this supportive group will help you to use this valuable tool.
